SERVICE & REPAIR
Furnace failed and you have a frozen sprinkler line…Tenant damaged a sprinkler head while decorating their office…Forklift operator hit a sprinkler head…Need to make some quick office modifications?
All of these events require a timely response by a sprinkler contractor that has trained and experienced personnel to provide the necessary service and/or repairs. Emergency response is not new to Engineered Fire Protection. With qualified personnel your problem can solved on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule.
What if you have damage? Take the following steps immediately but don’t panic:
- Call Alarm Company – to call system out of service.
- Shut off the main control valve. This valve has a wheel handle that typically is as large as a steering wheel in your automobile. TURN THE WHEEL CLOCKWISE.
- HELP IS ON THE WAY – Engineered Fire Protection, Inc. Emergency Number is 1-314-486-0740
- Call Fire Department to notify them that system is out of service and that Engineered Fire Protection has been contacted for repair of system.
NOTE: Never turn off valves if the system is activated due to a fire.
