SPRINKLER SYSTEM TESTING
“The responsibility of properly maintaining a water-base fire protection system shall be that of the owner of the property. Inspection, testing, and maintenance shall be implemented in accordance with procedures.” – NFPA 25
As a company with more than 35 years in the business of fire suppression systems, Engineered Fire Protection knows sprinkler systems. To insure that the critical components of your fire suppression system work properly they must be tested per NFPA 25.
Our experienced personnel have the knowledge and training to test the components of your sprinkler system under pressure and flow conditions similar to the actuation of those components necessary to extinguish a fire. Your sprinkler systems will be properly designed, installed and furnished with the testing components necessary to perform required testing while minimizing interference with normal day to day business operations.
Our Contact Plus database allows Engineered Fire Protection to maintain a history of testing dates and to notify you of your upcoming scheduled test dates.
Please note a short list of components that must be tested, per NFPA25 (2008 Edition), and their frequency:
“Fire Sprinklers save lives.” That is true, and to insure that your system will operate properly it must be tested per NFPA 25.
