RETROFIT
Is the fire marshal demanding that you retroactively install a sprinkler system in your hospital, assisted living facility, condominium, or warehouse? EFP is the perfect contractor for the job. We have performed retrofit work in almost every major hospital in the greater St. Louis & Illinois area, which is considered very difficult and challenging sprinkler installation.
TESTING AND INSPECTION
EFP is not only capable of installing your sprinkler system, but maintaining it as well. The law requires periodic testing to insure functionality in the event of a fire. In addition, insurance agencies require sprinkler systems be inspected and maintained properly.
FABRICATION
EFP has a full fabrication department and material storage warehouse to provide our customers with prompt delivery of piping, fittings, valves, and tools. Are you worried about volatile price changes on expensive material? EFP is able to purchase material in advance, then store it in our warehouse to secure pricing.
